Open at 6:30 am daily for breakfast - Margaux offers all your American and European breakfast favourites including pancakes/ French toast/ eggs Benedict and Seattle-style standards. Lunch is served Monday to Friday until 2:00 pm and an extended brunch menu is available from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. Margauxs dining room is open for dinner between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm daily. In addition the Brasserie Margaux Restaurant has just welcomed the arrival of a Prime Rib Tableside Carving Trolley from Brussels - Belgium. Executive Chef Chris Zarkades along with his culinary team offer the freshest - choice ingredients of the season to create a unique dining experience at your table and are the only restaurateurs in downtown Seattle to offer tableside carving Thursday through Saturday. The Margaux Lounge opens daily at 11:30 am with a full-service bar and simplified bar menu that includes favourites such as burgers/ salads/ chowder and appetisers. Happy Hour specials are available between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm with a delicious tapas menu.
