La Bottega open 7a-1a daily La Bottega serves the freshest rustic Italian cuisine developed by Chef Christopher D Amico and is open for breakfast lunch and dinner. Dine al Fresco on the 10000 square foot courtyard during Spring and Summer months.
The Cabanas open Tue-Sat 9p-1a Located above La Bottega the Cabanas combine indoor and outdoor elements to create a relaxing lounge environment perfect for a small get together with friends or a private even for 150 people.
Hiro open 10p-4a Thurs-Sun Located under the Maritime Hotel Hiro is a Japanese inspired late night club ounge set in a dramatic 5000 square foot space. The upper mezzanine looks out over the dramatic lower floor with it is 20 ft. barrel vaulted ceiling. Thursday-Saturday nights play host to various New York promoters whereas Sunday nights are reserved for Erich Conrads Cuckoo Club a long running weekly gay party.
Matsuri open 6p-1a Matsuri with celebrated chef Tadashi Onos noted cuisine is a celebration of Japanese food. Fresh fish and organic grains are flown in from Japan daily. The Menu which changes seasonally includes such standouts as fluke sashimi with red pepper and ponzu and sake black cod. The Sake Sommelier can guide you through the over 200 varieties of Sake served from all regions of Japan.
