Our Huckleberry Meeting Room can accommodate 15-18 people classroom style, U-Shape or Theatre The Meeting room is available to overnight guests for informal meetings complimentary when overnight accommodations are booked The Meeting rooms can be rented at a daily rate by companies that do not have overnight accommodations with the Inn Equipment included in room rental: overhead projector and screen, presentation board, flipcharts and accessories An LCD projector will be available for rent at a daily fee We guarantee our clients that they will be the focus of our attention as we aim to only operate one meeting per day in order to make your meeting a successful one Guests who require the space for offsite meetings will be provided with a menu selection which will offer a selection of hot and cold lunches, snack times which the hotel will order and set-up for each meeting. Additionally the client can use the breakfast lounge for lunch and keep up to date with the latest breaking news on our plasma television. A hostess will be present throughout the lunch experience.
